For more than two decades, Sarah has loved, served and helped a wide range of people in many diverse settings. Having experienced grace firsthand through her own life’s journey, she has learned that no one is beyond grace and finds joy in seeing lives turned around for the good. It’s why you’ll often see her smiling and enjoying life no matter how difficult things may get.
Sarah earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and (MACMHC) Addiction Counseling (MAAC). She has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is certified as a Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute, and in Enneagram Training through Crosspoint Ministries. She has greatly benefited from life coaching in her own life and marriage, and derived tremendous benefit from the Enneagram as a tool for self-clarity and self-awareness.
Through her journey, she became a heartfelt listener and practical strategist for helping people through life’s difficulties. She enjoys walking alongside them no matter where they are at or in whatever situation they may find themselves. Sarah has helped teens, young married couples, and parents, while also working with people in homelessness and addiction. She loves to help others find hope when they otherwise feel stuck.
A native Midwesterner, Sarah met her husband while attending school in Los Angeles. As a pastor’s wife and mother of four adolescent children, she has had the opportunity to live in many settings, from the inner city to the suburbs, and considers her work in many cultures to have been a privilege.
