Care to Change’s Chief Financial Officer brings more than three decades of financial experience to our operations. Randy began his career at the Ann Arbor YMCA. He currently serves as Senior VP and CFO of the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, leading the finance, IT, and risk management departments for the $50 million non-profit.

Randy earned his undergraduate degree from Walsh College’s School of Business, graduating summa cum laude, and he earned his MBA from Butler University. In addition to his professional work, he enjoys using his knowledge to help individuals and organizations make the most of their finances. Randy also serves on the board of Sheltering Wings.

He has been married to Care to Change co-founder April Bordeau for more than a quarter-century and is the proud father of their two teens. While work keeps the pair busy, they prioritize family time and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
