Our co-founder brought both invaluable business expertise and a solid commitment to Biblical principles to guide the birth of Care to Change and oversee the prudent approach to growth that has allowed us to serve more individuals and families with each year.
A graduate of the Indiana University School of Business, Dave was the co-founder and chairman of ClaimAid, a company that helped uninsured and underinsured individuals better understand the healthcare market, while helping hospitals and other providers serve patients more effectively. Before serving in that role, he owned the Molloy Companies, four businesses that administered group health insurance and wellness plans out of offices in Indianapolis, Philadelphia, Des Moines, and Orlando.
Throughout his career, Dave lent his business expertise to a long list of organizations serving the community and those in need. He was one of the founding directors of the board of Sheltering Wings, has been a Trustee of Cincinnati Bible University, has served the Alexander Christian Foundation as a board member, and has also been on the board of the Christianville Haiti Christian Mission.
A longtime teacher of an adult Sunday School class, Dave has also been an elder and trustee for his church. Dave and his wife Lucy have been married for more than 50 years.
