Some companies look for ways to make their employees’ holiday season even brighter by giving gifts. From fruit baskets, to boxes of holiday treats, to jackets and umbrellas with the company’s logo, these items are a nice way to show your employees how much you appreciate them.
This year, what about giving them something that will help them all year long … and may even make them more productive and less likely to switch jobs?
What do we have in mind? Care to Change offers corporate stress management classes. These 30-minute classes, which fit nicely into lunch breaks, teach employees how to manage stress through chair yoga. It combines mindfulness with controlled breathing and light physical activity to help them manage the stresses of a busy day and improve their moods. There’s no need for yoga mats or long exercise sessions … just a simple, easy-to-follow approach they’ll appreciate and use.
To learn more about our classes or schedule them for your team, just get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to help!
Ginger Boyce worked in clinical research before deciding to teach trauma sensitive yoga and movement as a way to help to alleviate stress and anxiety, and improve overall mental clarity.
Due to the content of many yoga programs, Care to Change will not endorse yoga practices/programs outside Care to Change. Further, Care to Change is intentionally protecting our faith based mission through using the science of mindful movement and intentional breathwork through this wellness service, and more information about how we are doing that can be found here.
