September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and Care to Change is calling attention to this important issue with a variety of activities.

We’d especially like to invite you to our Suicide Prevention Breakfast on September 16th at 8:30-10:30am at the Washington Township Pavilion, Birch Room. While there’s no cost to the event, since breakfast will be available, we ask that you register to attend.

Other activities for the month include:

Suicide Prevention Discussion Panel

This evening will focus on the different aspects of suicide – from awareness of signs, prevention activities, and strategies for helping those who are at risk. Panelists include representatives from mental health, LGBTQ, youth, military, and addiction. Join us in person to be able to submit specific questions to be answered that evening.
